Getting Started with Collar City Athletics

Getting started is easy, and athletes of all skill levels, ages and fitness levels are encouraged to attend! We currently offer a FREE one on one introductory session and a FREE WEEK to anyone interested in trying out CCA.  The one on one will give you an opportunity to go through a workout with just you and one of our coaches and they can answer any questions about CCA and our community.  During the free week you will be exposed to all different types of workouts in the classes that we offer and get a feel for our community.  

Every class is designed to give you options for the workout and allow you to work at your pace with movements as you become more comfortable with them.   All of our coaches and trainers will guide you through the warm up and workout to help you set up the correct weights or equipment you need.
