At Uncle Sam Athletics we offer a variety of classes throughout the week from strength to HIIT to endurance to Kettlebell training. The movements used and focus of each workout is different day to day so you can come every day of the week and not do the same type of workout 2 days in a row. By utilizing different movement patterns daily, we can minimize over-training risk and help you improve your fitness levels faster.  Each day of the week will have a different warm-up and primary lift, followed by a HIIT or endurance workout, accessory lifts and core work. Our strength training follows a periodized scheme primarily focusing on a different fitness quality every 4-6 weeks to maximize results. The high intensity interval workouts include a few movements done at a high speed and intensity for 8-20 minutes.  Endurance workouts include a variety of body weight and cardio-based movements for a duration of 20 minutes or more.  

By the end of the week at Uncle Sam Athletics, no matter how many days you've come in, you will have trained every part of your body with multiple movements, from warm-up to cool-down, through a variety of workouts designed to maximize total-body strength and fitness. Our quality movement first approach is exactly what you need to start feeling better daily, reaching all of your fitness goals and living a healthier, happier lifestyle.

Currently every Saturday morning Uncle Sam Athletics is holding an open house and FREE workout for the community at 9:00AM. Come in, check out the facility, and join us for a full body training session at absolutely no cost!

Unlimited Monthly Membership: $135 per month

3x/week: $115 per month
2x/week: $80 per month

  • Students: $100 per month(including breaks) or $300 per semester(not including breaks)

  • $80 flat rate for Military and all First Responders (Police, Fire, EMT)

  • 20% off for Couples and Families of 2 or more
