This Sunday June 29th from 9:00am - 10:00am we are hosting a FREE kipping pull-up workshop for all CCCF members. We encourage you to attend - if you already know how to kip - and if you don't! We will break down the movement piece by piece.
Kipping your pull-ups correctly will help you to string together more reps, in less time, as you utilize your body more efficiently.
Again - even if you think you have your kip down, please consider joining us to take the movement to the next level. For kipping beginners, we will work with you to learn the basics.
