*** For this workout the 5,10,15,10,5 should take no more than 1 min and 30 sec. You want to be able to get around 5-8 KB swings each round. If you don't think you can complete the 5,10,15,10,5 in 1 min 30 sec scale the numbers down.  You can do 3,7,14,7,3, you could do ring rows instead of pull-ups if you use band to cut down on time. Pick something that will allow you to continue to move for the 2 mins. If towards the end you start to fall behind on your swings, thats understandable, just keep moving.
