4 Power Cleans (165/105)
8 Chest 2 Bar Pull-ups
*This workout should be around the 5-8 min range. The weight for the power cleans should be challenging but you want to try and go unbroken on all sets. Try to pick a weight that will allow you to do at least 2 reps at the beginning of each set. If you are not able to get your chest to the bar yet, that is fine. Just scale down to regular pull-ups for the same number of reps(8). Move fast and have fun!!!
