We have a regular class schedule today.

Strength this week:  Monday - Deadlift and Thursday - Back Squat.  Optional is Bench Press which you can do on Monday or Thursday as well or open gym.

Warm-up:

10 Good Mornings with Barbell
10 KB Swings
10 Squats
Then
2 Min. Couch Stretch Each Leg
