Pick your squat month.  For the next 4 weeks pick either Front, Back or Overhead Squat as your lift and stick with it for all 4 weeks.

5x5 Squat


Optional Lift:  5x5 Push Press or Jerk

20 Front Squats (95/65)

20 Burpees over Bar

15 Front Squats

15 Burpees

10 Front Squats

10 Burpees
