Group Sport Performance Training
Group Sport Performance Training offers a structured approach to athletic development, segmented into three distinct age groups:
Freshman (11 and under): Focusing on foundational athletic skills and movement patterns, this group is perfect for young athletes beginning their sports journey.
Junior Varsity / JV (12-14): For athletes in their growth years, this intermediate level training emphasizes skill development, strength, and agility.
Varsity (15+): Catering to mature athletes, this advanced training is designed to enhance performance, power, and sport-specific skills.
As of now, Group Sport Performance Training is exclusively available to Tri City Bomber Athletes.
